At Two Sweet Feet, we believe that health and longevity arise from a holistic approach to physical training and mental wellness. We create retreats in stunning locations that are led in a fun, engaging and relaxed atmosphere.

By hosting fitness retreats and offering personal training and group classes, we provide a comprehensive and immersive health and wellness experience. Our approach integrates physical strength with mental and emotional health, creating an exciting path to wellbeing. Each session is led by experienced coaches dedicated in teaching movements and mindfulness which are essential to healthy living. With backgrounds in weight lifting, mobility, functional fitness and yoga, we deliver quality and diverse workouts, methodology and learning.

Join us for a retreat celebration as we welcome the Year of the Snake. We will be hosting a day dedicated to fitness and wellness, with our signature activities on Lamma Island. 

 

Surrounded by the rejuvenating energy of nature, we will teach classes that embrace the vital role health has in fostering prosperity and happiness throughout our lives.

Your hosts Kalam and Harry will ensure you have the perfect stay with us during the retreat from the moment you arrive to the day we have to say good bye. We carefully plan our homebase, training, meals and time for your relaxation so that you can feel refreshed, recharged and reset!
