Two Sweet Feet specialises in hosting fitness wellness retreats in Hong Kong and Phuket. Our retreats take place in beautiful locations that allow you to be close to nature and consist of a diversity of workouts, classes and activities.

Our HQ in paradise! A natural paradise, a training paradise, a place where you can focus on everything that you love and which you know keeps you strong, healthy and above all else, happy!

 

This retreat will take you to workout in some of Phuket's top training facilities, you'll be able to learn Muay Thai from authentic Thai fighters and practice yoga in the hills and jungle. Experience meditation with sound bowls and enjoy Phuket's beaches and islands.

WHAT WE  DO

PERSONAL TRAINING & RETREATS

 Our days consist of coaching group classes, training individuals and working with a variety of people to provide fitness and wellness holiday’s both in Hong Kong and overseas. Everything we do is focused around creating a training experience and a wellness journey that has a positive impact on people’s lives. 

We offer a variety of training and package options. 1-1, 1-2 personal training and group classes are all available. Our methodology is based on 15 years experience in strength training, yoga and nutrition.

Our training style is based upon our experience of gym based weightlifting, outdoor bootcamps and yoga. With over 15 years experience in personal training and group exercise.


We believe that strength training is one of the most powerful ways to create and maintain a healthy mind, a resilient body and a well measured outlook on life.

Phuket Fitness Retreat

Whether we take a plane, a ferry or a short walk in order to reach our destination, our travel and train retreats will make sure you have the right getaway from the daily routine in carefully selected locations, with well curated activities.
