To host a fun and diverse event in a welcoming and relaxing environment. We hope to engage, teach and improve our participants' physical and mental strength through a blend of classes that offer active, creative and meditative practices.

We create a space where you can bring your team and enjoy a day of activities and classes. We can design a day specific to your requirements and aims.

Our venue is based on Lamma Island with views across the bay and mountains. We are able to host up to 20 people and can run classes both at the venue and also outdoors around the island.
