Spend a day amongst the trees of Lamma island at our home base in Tai Peng Village, take part in some great classes and enjoy a selection of freshly prepared dishes. Each of our retreats blend physical training and mindfulness practices into one. We’ll be doing an Outdoor Bootcamp, Pilates Sculpt and a Calligraphy workshop!

* The ferry from Central Pier 4 to Yung Shue Wan leaves at 09:10. We'll meet you at YSW pier on Lamma and bring you to our venue.

Refund Policy (credit or transfer allowed):

All sales are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the original retreat date for any reason and inform us 14 days prior to the retreat, we can offer you a 50% credit voucher of your original payment to be redeemed at our next retreat.

If you're unable to attend the original retreat date and inform us within 14 days of the retreat, issuing the 50% credit voucher is at our discretion. Alternatively you can transfer your space to another person if you’re able to organise.

If our retreat is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the next retreat date.

If you are unable to attend our rescheduled retreat, you may transfer your purchase to another person. Alternatively you can use your existing credit voucher for a retreat within 365 days of our original retreat date.

If our retreat is canceled, all payments will be refunded in full.
